Your vehicle is reviewed in detail to identify all damage and replacement parts, supplies and labor necessary to repair the vehicle.  After this initial review, we provide a written estimate to you and/or the insurance company.

Once customer / insurance authorization is received, the vehicle is disassembled and damaged body parts are removed from the vehicle, any additional damage will be evident and recorded.  In these instances, a new cost estimate (or supplement) is prepared and given to you or your insurance company for approval.

We order all replacement parts (OEM, A/M, or QRP) as soon as authorization is received, guaranteeing the parts are available and ready when your vehicle is scheduled for repair.
