We Educate!
Each customer is not only given a hard copy printout of their repair, but we provide an entire packet educating our customers about our facility, about our staff, about the insurance claim process in general, and how their car is repaired back to pre-accident condition. We provide information explaining insurance terminology, brochures on our frame measuring systems and lifetime paint warranty, etc. as well as maintain a website where customers can browse at their own convenience. Our goal is to have all customers walk away feeling knowledgeable and in control, as they should!
We Accommodate!
Aside from our professional and friendly staff, we try very hard to accommodate our customers and their unique needs! Aside from the basic “night drop” box, we have met customers for early hour or late hour arrangements, offered concierge service, and work hard to deliver quality repairs in a timely fashion. We order all parts prior to the customer dropping off their vehicle so we are ready to start the moment it arrives. We keep our customers updated on any supplemental repairs that may delay pickup so they stay informed and can make arrangements accordingly! We wash and vacuum every car, no matter how small the repair!
We Follow-Up!
We want every customer who walks out of our door to be 100% satisfied. Therefore, we provide every customer with a customer satisfaction card, which we use to track our CSI. Currently, based on the feedback received to date, we have a 99.6% customer satisfaction index! And no matter how small the repair, we want every customer to know they are valued and appreciated… and are the very foundation of our business. Each customer is sent a handwritten “Thank You” card to let them know just that!
